The advantage of continuous casting and extrusion technology:
  The continuous casting and extrusion is the further development of the continuous extrusion technology, is a kind of new method which obtains high efficiency, energy saving, high quality material and good performance. Energy saving: it fully use of waste heat of the casting process and keep the casting billet into the extruder under a certain temperature, thereby reducing the power loss of extrusion billet heating part in the process of extrusion. This process is much more energy saving technology than all traditional extrusion processes.
  3. High product quality: the product completely change the casting organization of raw materials, get fully recrystallization organization, uniform structure, no porosity, loose and other defects, and stay the same in the length direction.
  4. High productivity: because billet enters into the extrusion machine under a certain temperature, the mechanical strength of billet is lower and ductility is good. It can use large size billet to extrude under no need to increase extrusion tonnage . So as to realize the more productivity at the same tonnage extrusion machine.
  5. Flexibility: It gets rid of the reliance of the billet for large-scale industrial production, no large-scale supply alloy extrusion billet for some market, can undertake small-scale production and lower cost. For the change of the extrusion product size, it can realize to change a die.
